We have a golden retriver and great pryness we got the luxe lounger. Ordered one to try first and as soon as it turned up got another one as they are by far the best beds we have ever bought. Dogs absolutely love them big in size so dogs can stretch out super comfy and warm for cold nights. I bought a Brooklyn Memory Foam Bed and the Ultra Rim Cover for my boxer dog (Ruby). I wanted something especially comfortable for her now she’s getting older and she is feeling her age in her joints. I’m so happy I did. She just loves this bed. I do have other dog beds - two actually - if you don't include the human beds :) but she loves this the best. It is just so rewarding to see her snuggle into this at the end of the day. I looked at the reviews and I was definitely interested but it took me awhile to decide however I'm so happy I finally did! Or should I say Toby our bullmastiff is the very happy one. I was a bit worried about ordering a product like this without being able to see and touch it in advance. The dog bed arrived yesterday and I unboxed it and fluffed it out deciding to not wait and let our teo dogs have it as an early Christmas present. I had already written a review previously when I first purchased this bed for my staffy/chocolate lab Reddington, but I must provide another one now that he has lived with his bed for about 4 months. This is the most incredible Dog bed I have ever had. My poor baby suffers with extreme anxiety and is under the care of a behaviourist for it. Since owning this bed for only a few days the change is incredible. He loves it makes him feel secure. It’s been life changing. Brooklyn beds you cannot go past. I bought many expensive ones in the past and they’ve been good but nothing compares to this. And for dogs that don’t have anxiety is soft comfy and wonderful.

I ordered a large bed in the colour that was left on sale in August. It was for a dog I was about to adopt privately. That adoption got delayed, then fell thru last day, then a few weeks later, I adopted a 20 pound mini schnauzer, Poppy, all black, 11 years old. Too late to return/exchange the bed I bought so now she is lost in it, resisted at first but I left it for her try, she did after 7 weeks, and doesn't want to leave it. I wish I had the smaller one but as a senior on a pension, it's hard to buy 2. I can't find her sometimes, black dog in charcoal grey bed. But she does love it. Do you offer returns & exchanges?

Just like our anti-anxiety dog beds, our return policy won't give you anxiety.

All Brooklyn® beds come with 30-day returns and exchanges, meaning if you accidentally pick the wrong size, or decide it's not quite right you, that’s no problem.

When your bed arrives, we encourage you to rip open the packaging and fluff up your brand new Brooklyn bed. Inspect it, feel the softness (wish you had a 'human one' for yourself) before deciding yay or nay. The only thing we kindly ask is that you do not let your dog touch the bed while deciding.

Product Questions

How do I wash the bed?

Our bed comes with 100% Machine Washable covers.

Simply unzip the cover, place in your machine on a gentle/delicate cycle and re-zip.

It's as easy as that.

If your dog has an accident, the inner cushion is protected by a breathable mesh layer that can also be washed, helping keep the bed clean, fresh and odour-free. (We just ask you use a wash-bag to protect the inner cushions liner)

Can I buy this bed in pet stores?

No. Brooklyn® Deep Sleep Beds are sold exclusively online through our official store.

While there are many lookalikes and imitation products on the market, our beds are only available directly from us, ensuring you receive the genuine product and materials.

Does it really calm pets?

Most definitely - we use our world famous plush faux-fur, to mimic their mother’s fur. This helps to create a sense of zen, which helps to create a calming space for your pet.

What is the bed made of?

Our exterior breathable faux fur is made of high-quality polyester, while the ortho-filling is our super plush, rebound, PP-cotton.

This is the same filling used in human bedding, and kids/child toys alike.

How do I pick the right size?

We recommend taking some time to measure your dog to pick their size accurately.

We know it can be tricky unless you're the local dog whisperer, but give our size recommender a go for a bit of help if measuring becomes too tricky.

Rest assured, we also offer 30-days for returns and exchanges, just in case you're not too happy with the size.

Is it too hot for summer?

Not at all - our beds are made breathable, so cozy when it's cold and comfortable when it's hot.
